Subject: How to Workout All Winter Without a Gym

Welcome to the New Year! If you’re like most people you’ve made new goals to stick to your workout routine and lose those extra holiday pounds. For most of the country one of the first challenges you’ll have to overcome is the cold, dark days of winter itself. Perhaps the gym scene doesn’t appeal to you and joining one can be costly.

The good news is that you don’t need a gym to get in a good workout. Join me in a free video series of workouts that focuses on building up a strong base in: flexibility, strength training and cardio during the long winter months. Each video allows you to easily workout from home or the office. It will also instruct you to venture outside even when it’s dark and cold. I’ll even explain in the videos why it’s not as miserably cold when your heart rate is elevated. No excuses this year; you can do it!
